CCTV-23/99 spotlights individuals and departments that govern the county and focuses on events and activities going on in and around the county that are of interest to our citizens. Our mission is to provide information on the operations of local government departments to the citizens of Clayton County and to keep them connected with county wide progress and events. CCTV-23/99 is a 24 hours a day 7 days a week information service of the Clayton County Board of Commissioners.
